TMC NOTICEBOARD
Thanks and News
Thank you for the condolences I received from church members and the visit and prayers from Deacon Tom on the death of my sister – it was greatly appreciated.
Marjorie Hocking
Condolences Over the past couple of weeks several members of our Church family have died. Our prayers go out to the families of Helen Thomas (from Rosewyn House), Ivy Fillbrook and Hazel Prowse.
Helen’s funeral has already taken place, Hazel’s funeral will be here at TMC at 10.00am, Wednesday 22nd February and Ivy’s funeral will be at 11.00am, Thursday 23rd February at Penmount
We would welcome your views on all aspects of church life. Please pass on any comments or suggestions by either e-mailing or writing to the church office or just speaking to a steward.
A REMINDER FOR COMMUNION SERVICES If you wish to receive GLUTEN FREE wafers instead of bread, please place your hands palms DOWNWARDS on the Communion rail. Thank you.
TRURO METHODIST CIRCUIT PLANS As you may remember from last quarter the Circuit Meeting (as part of a cost-reducing exercise) has decided that the number of circuit plans made available will be dramatically reduced. The plan is now made ‘in house’ and is available in full on the church and circuit websites.
There are a few printed plans available in the foyer but please only take one if you really need it. When they have gone an individual plan can be printed on request from the Circuit Office, but we cannot cope with ‘bulk orders’!
The plan is also displayed on the various notice boards.
House Groups: Would you like to be art of a house group but cannot find one with any space? Please sign the list in the entrance indicating whether you would prefer a morning or evening group and we will come back to you with some suggestions.
I am hopeful that we will be starting a number of new groups over the next few months and encourage everyone to consider being part of a small fellowship group or Bible Study. Mark
OFFICE DOOR CODE We are going to change the code on the office door in January. If you have a key for the office and need to know the new code, please contact the office.

ITEMS NEEDED Do you have any unwanted cushions, throws or rugs which would help to cheer up the room used by the J-Team senior group? If so, we would be very grateful to put them to receive them.
Please speak to Janet Crocker or Karen Phillips if you can help. Thank you.
VOUCHERS Rainbows are collecting Sainsbury’s Active Kids and Tesco Schools and Clubs vouchers again this year. If you would like to help our little girls to get some free equipment and craft materials, please collect these vouchers with your shopping or petrol and give them to me. Many thanks. Tina Buddle
