TRURO METHODIST LUNCH CLUB

Where can you have a wholesome two-course lunch, followed by an interesting talk or presentation for less than £5?

Answer:  at the Truro Methodist Lunch Club.

The Lunch Club meets on the third Monday of each month (except August) at TMC, in the Wesley Hall at 12 Noon.   The catering is done by the chefs of Truro School and when they are unable to provide the meal, arrangements are made for someone else to cook the lunch in the Wesley Hall kitchen.

Members pay an annual subscription of £5 and £4 for each meal.   Visitors pay £4.50.

There is a mixed membership of more than 40 people, averaging 35 attendees for each meeting.   Members come from the whole Circuit and some from the District.

Speakers cover a range of subjects.  Visitors and new members from the Circuit and District are always welcome, so come and enjoy a ‘bargain’ meal, good company AND entertainment!
